These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BusDhabi transit card services, website (busdhabi.shop), and mobile application (collectively, the "Services") operated by BusDhabi Transit Card Services ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
The BusDhabi transit card remains the property of BusDhabi Transit Card Services. Your right to use the card may be revoked at any time in case of violation of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Cards must be activated before first use according to the instructions provided with your card.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance on your card for your intended journeys. Balance top-ups can be made through our website, mobile application, at designated terminals, or through authorized retail partners. The minimum top-up amount is AED 10, and the maximum per transaction is AED 500.
Transit cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. The balance on your card does not expire as long as the card is valid.
We offer several card types, each with specific eligibility criteria:
Fares are determined by the transit authority and may vary based on distance, time of travel, and card type. Current fare information is available on our website and mobile application.
Fare structures may be revised periodically. Any changes will be communicated through our website, mobile application, and at transit stations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your transit card. Do not share your PIN or card details with others.
If your card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately by calling our customer service at +971-2-555-8765 or through your online account. Once reported, we will block the card to prevent unauthorized use.
Replacement cards can be issued for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. A replacement fee may apply. Any balance on your blocked card can be transferred to your replacement card.
To use certain features of our website or mobile application, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We do not guarantee that our website or mobile application will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Services for business and operational reasons.
We accept various payment methods for card purchases and top-ups, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (at authorized locations). All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Refunds for unused card balances may be processed upon request, subject to verification and a processing fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with our internal policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusDhabi Transit Card Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for your transit card in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BusDhabi Transit Card Services and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
