You can apply for a new transit card by filling out the application form on our website, visiting any of our service centers, or through the authorized retail partners across Abu Dhabi. The card will be issued immediately at service centers or delivered to your specified address.

We offer several card types to meet different needs: Standard (for regular commuters), Premium (with additional benefits), Student (discounted for students), and Senior Citizen (for residents aged 60+). Each card type offers specific benefits and fare structures tailored to its user category.

You can top up your transit card through multiple channels: online through our website, at self-service kiosks located at major stations, through our mobile application, or at any authorized retail partner. The minimum recharge amount is AED 10, and the maximum is AED 500 per transaction.

If your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report it by calling our customer service at +971-2-555-8765 or visiting any service center. We can block the lost card and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card to protect your funds.

The physical card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue. The balance on your card does not expire as long as the card is valid. If your card approaches its expiration date, you can apply for a renewal and transfer any remaining balance to the new card.
